WILLETT HOUSE
Willett House is the result of our collaboration with a boutique developer to bring a Victorian House in Primrose Hill back to life as a high-end, polished suite of homes designed for inspired and discerning clients. The development, comprised of a four-bedroom maisonette and three individual apartments, brings together the thought and care of tailored residential design with the excitement and potential of a development focussed, value-led approach.
Behind a restored Victorian façade, reminiscent of the Arts & Crafts movement, the bespoke two-storey maisonette awaits its new owner. On the ground floor, the front door brings you into a welcoming, well-proportioned entrance hall, from which warm and appealing living spaces lead into a landscaped garden. Conceived just for this home, a unique and dramatic, beautifully crafted, helical oak and plaster staircase descends to four spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom.
The quality of light, the sculptural materials and the unexpected details have elevated the spaces into something special. As much consideration has been given to the carefully thought-out spaces as the tiny details, and the imagined homeowners who will one day call this home their own have driven every decision and detail. The maisonette has been dressed for sale to present it as the characterful and welcoming home that it will become, and collaborator YAP Art has thoughtfully finished the space with a selection of carefully curated art, hand-picked to embellish the completed project.
